Norfolk Lakes- Day 2
What a fantastic second day we’ve had at Norfolk Lakes! We kicked off the morning with a hearty full English breakfast that fueled us for the adventures ahead. Sausages, bacon, and all the trimmings gave everyone the boost they needed.
The pupils threw themselves (sometimes literally!) into a variety of activities today. Teamwork was the name of the game during raft building, as groups worked together to construct rafts sturdy enough to sail on the water. Some floated… and some ended up in the lake! Aero Ball had everyone jumping, laughing, and competing to score in this mix of trampolining and basketball. The obstacle course challenged everyone to crawl, climb, and swing their way through, showing resilience and determination. Archery was also a hit, with pupils discovering their inner Robin Hood as they took aim with steady hands and eagle-eyed focus.
After dinner, we went rock climbing and enjoyed a lively round of the Pirate Game. To round off the evening, we handed out prizes for the tidiest rooms. Well done to the pupils who kept their spaces spick and span – a tough task when you’re having so much fun!
