Oak Class go wild!
Published 20/06/23As part of our Wilder Suffolk project, Oak Class were treated to a free visit to Snape Marshes where they were taken on a wildlife trail by one of the wardens from Suffolk Wildlife Trust. Thanks to Katherine Wilson from SWT for organising and to Oak Class for making such a good impression.
Katherine wrote to us to say: “I just wanted to email to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my morning with the Y3&4 from Benhall. They were a lovely bunch - very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They seemed to enjoy the walk and the activities we did together, and some chatted away to me the whole time whilst we wandered along. They knew a lot, but they hopefully learnt more about the nature reserve too. I hope they thoroughly enjoy working with Suffolk Wildlife Trust to become a Wilder School - I think they will be full of ideas.”
